Media Storm
When news broke that a 5-year old kidnap victim was found 18 years later, there was a media storm around Cleveland and the town where Bobby and Julian lived. News outlets and press were camped outside their home and outside the local high school. Throughout it all, JJ refused to make any comments or interviews. But in the end, he had to break his silence to address the media and ask for space and privacy to deal with the family situation. He had just lost his father and was in the middle of getting to know his mother all over again. She was someone he barely knew and thought nothing about for the past 13 years.
