Teenager Was Abducted As A Child – Will He Forgive Who Raised Him?

Repercussions for Bobby

Bobby Hernandez was charged with committing several acts of fraud in Cleveland. But it was even worse in Alabama, where he had several warrants for his arrest. Most of them were due to child custody and abduction of his son. If Bobby was found guilty of his charges, he would be looking at serving decades in jail. When compiled with the charges that he faced in Cleveland and Alabama, Hernandez was looking to be charged with 14 felonies and 1 misdemeanor, which would combine for 54 years of jail time. Bobby pleaded guilty to some of the charges in exchange to having the other charges dropped. He also asked for leniency from the judge. He stated that he had given Julian a good life as a child and had raised him to have a successful future, even a chance at a college education.
