Philadelphia Phillie Bryce Harper and wife Kayla welcomed a baby boy on August 22nd back home in Las Vegas, Nevada. The little guy, affectionately named Krew Aron, has an impressive stat line that reads 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and 19 inches.
Bryce and Kayla were married in 2016 at the San Diego California Temple. They had been on and off for a couple years before officially tying the knot. The couple are both on a paternity leave and headed back home to Nevada for the birth of their son.
Back in March of 2019, Harper signed a 13-year $330 million contract with the Philadelphia Phillies. The deal set the record for the largest MLB contract in history until Mike Trout signed a 12-year $430 million contract extension with the Los Angeles Angels. Harper chose the number 3 for his jersey, as the number he wore for the Nationals (34) was considered for retirement by the Phillies in honor of the late Roy Halladay.
