LeBron James Wants To Trademark “Taco Tuesday,” Just Because He…Really Likes It

If you try to argue that you’re more passionate about anything than LeBron James is about Taco Tuesday, you’re just flat-out wrong.

Apparently, LeBron loves everything about the idea of Taco Tuesday that he’s decided to trademark the saying. He’s just… really enthusiastic about Mexican food. And that’s not a bad thing!

He plans on using the trademark for “exclusive use” when it comes to “advertising and marketing services provided by means of indirect methods of marking communications, namely, social media, search engine marketing, inquiry marketing, Internet marketing, mobile marketing, blogging, and other forms of passive, sharable or viral communications channels, as welll as online entertainment services, namely providing a website featuring non-downloadable videos, and social media posts in the field of sports, entertianment, current events, and popular culture.”

Phew. Wow, LeBron.

Even though Taco Tuesday is a widely used phrase and not branded to one restaurant, it’s likely James will get the rights. You do you! Make whatever content your heart desires.
