Flossing, in particular, is something that most people tend to ignore and why that is so is a complete mystery because the benefits of flossing are incredible.
Flossing daily helps prevent gum disease and tooth loss. Plaque too can only be removed by either deep cleaning from your dentist, or by flossing regularly. Not only that, but it greatly reduces bad breath, and is generally just good for your mouth.
