49. Eat at least one meal with your family every day

Try to do your best to eat a sit-down meal with your loved ones every day, even if it’s only once. It doesn’t even matter if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just do it.

Don’t be so caught up in the world that you do everything on the go, including meals, and forget what it truly means to be with your loved ones.
