27. Dedicate at least one guilt-free hour to relax every day
You can’t really blame people for becoming workaholics. After all, for some, it’s the only way for them to live and make money. But, as many hours as you may want to put into work, you may want to give yourself some time to rest in between, much like how you rest between sets at the gym.
Taking stimulants and other whatnots to keep yourself going longer and longer is not only unhealthy, it’s also unsustainable and bad for productivity. If you really want to achieve success, give yourself an hour every day to relax and unwind.
