15. Take cold showers instead of warm ones
Cold water immersion facilitates both physical and mental wellness. It can also increase weight-loss in that it helps boost your body’s metabolism.
Try it out and see for yourself. Take a quick cold shower the next time around and see how much happier and more inspired you feel than if you took a warm shower.
If you really don’t like the idea of exclusively taking cold showers, you can start your shower warm and after you’ve washed, turn off the warm and turn on the cold immediately. Do it for a good minute or two. You should be very pleased with the result.
