16. Learn to say “no”
Speaking of 20 seconds of daily courage, it will most likely involve you saying “no” to lots of stuff. Yes, it’s not easy, but if you know what you want and take the time learning what you really do want in life, then it’ll be much easier for you to say no to certain opportunities, no matter how good they may seem.
As Jim Collins said in Good to Great, “A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is irrelevant if it is the wrong opportunity.”
