It’s How Old?!
The wallet itself is made of plastic, which lead Sloan to believe it was possiblyÂ a child’s wallet, or maybe even a young teen. It was dusty, old, but in pretty great condition! When they opened it up, they found tons of info on the owner, which was great! Photos, ID cards, and even Boy Scout cards. The catch? It was lost there nearly 71 years ago.
71 years ago, in 1944, a young teenage boy lost track of his wallet at the Talent Factory in Nevada, Iowa. That meant he lost photos of himself, his sister, his ID, and his Boy Scout cards! He was probably so worried about it, but most definitely forgot about it at this point. Which then brings the question: Who is it, and where is he?
