Waiting It Out
Amber began to show signs of labor on December 20th. Since this was her third pregnancy, she knew that the particular contractions she was feeling were not impeding and that the baby still won’t be coming for a little bit longer. The supermom that she is, she went forth with her day and took her son to his Christmas Party. She was fine through out the night, but the contractions became more intense as the morning approached. Amber made the call to her doula and prepared for the home birth.
