Platt endured her insults and bullying as he waited for officers to finally take this drunk off of his hands. He was recorded asking Jody to get out of the car and that the police were on their way. Jody continued to fight with him. She was even heard saying, “I think this might be a kidnapping right now, actually.” Platt argued back quickly. “It’s not a kidnapping, ma’am. You’re free to leave.” Yet, she wouldn’t budge.
