A husband and wife were hiking when suddenly, the man's appendix burst. While waiting for an ambulance to reach them, they noticed they had company. A mountain lion was watching them. Once the paramedics arrived on the scene, the mountain lion followed them as they carried the man down the mountain on a stretch.
