Dr. Osmanagic is now claiming that he knows for certain that there was an advanced society that had well-developed technology, arguably almost as developed as it is now. He is falling into the category of scientists called “theoretical risk-takers,” who are people that take credible information and inflate it to back their outlandish claims. A good example of this is the representation of scientific evidence in the History Channel show, Ancient Aliens.
