This Is Lizzo's Meal Plan "as a New Vegan"

Lizzo says that her new diet has her feeling "very lit and full."

The 32-year-old flutist and singer-songwriter took to TikTok to share her plant-based lifestyle. "Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated," she captioned the short video.

In the TikTok, Lizzo shares her healthy, colorful, and nourishing meals from the day. She did mention that her meals don't look like this all the time, but it can be considered pretty standard for her day-to-day.

Lizzo started off the day with a green breakfast smoothie comprised of coconut water, kale or spinach, and frozen fruit. For lunch, she put together one of her favorite salads—kale, red cabbage, broccoli, white onions, carrots, and a slice of avocado.

Her former go-to snack, Flamin' Hot Cheetos, was cited as "not good" for her acid reflux, so she recently traded them in for a vegan alternative.

"I dip that in the hummus. Bada-boom, bada-snack!" she says in the video. For dinner, she paired some leftover salad from lunch with quinoa and truffle-mushroom-chickpea balls. Dessert was a PB&J smoothie.

"It may come as a surprise to some of y'all that I'm not working out to have your ideal body type. I'm working out to have my ideal body type," Lizzo said in an earlier TikTok addressing body-shamers. "And you know what type that is? None of your **** business. Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job and I stay on my job."
