“Just Keep Her”
Jessica Davis was at a loss. She was unsure how to proceed, and contacted the State Department for help. The department told Jessica, to her horror, that she just could “just keep her if she wanted.” Jessica replied, “I didn’t purchase her at Walmart.” After three years, the Davises were exhausted.
