Karolina Kurkova
While attending the New York City Ballet Gala in 2012, Karolina Kurkova was wearing a gorgeous red gown. The dress came complete with lots of draping fabric as well as a long cape. The cape was stepped on by another guest and nearly choked Kurkova. No capes!
