Originally named Jax Roast Beef, Rax Roast Beef reached its peak at 1980s. By adding salad bars, Rax became one of the most popular establishments, but it went under during the 1990s due to poor management. Before becoming defunct, Rax Roast Beef was changed to Rix Roast Beef.
