Lum’s
Lum’s first opened in Miami Beach in 1956 as a hot dog stand. Slowly it became something larger. By the year 1969, it had expanded to more than 400 locations. Due to the rapidity of their expansion, the company went bankrupt, and all stores closed down by 1982.
