Casa Bonita

Casa Bonita, which translates from Spanish to “beautiful house,” was a Mexican-themed chain restaurant from Oklahoma City founded by Bill Waugh in 1968. Casa Bonita coined the term “eatertainment,” in which guests would receive food and a show. The only one remaining, located in Lakewood, California, operates under a different name. It gained public attention after an episode of South Park was titled “Casa Bonita.”
