Royal Castle

Royal Castle was based out of Miami, Florida, founded by William Singer in 1938. It was popular for its mini-sized burgers, similar to those produced by White Castle. Most of its 175 locations were in Miami, with the slogan being: “Fit for a king.” By 1970, the restaurant began to lose out to competitors like McDonald’s and Burger King. Today, the last remaining Royal Castle is still in Miami.
