Snoop Dogg ($135 million)
The living king of West Coast rap is Snoop Dogg, and he has the bank account to prove it. Born on the south side of Long Beach, Snoop got involved with the Crips at a young age and spent some time in prison for the possession of cocaine. After he got out, he was immediately signed to Death Row Records and started writing his 1992 classic “Doggystyle.” This album peaked twice at #1 on the Billboard charts since its release, and this success spurred a lifelong career for Snoop Dogg in making music, local politics, a clothing line, and even a successful cooking show and cookbook, earning him a cool $135 million.
