Despite the high profile careers of Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson, they live in Ketchum, Idaho, away from the spotlight. He has one of the most successful filmographies of any actor, yet would never choose to live in Hollywood. He is a fan of real estate, however, and he and his wife own several properties in California and beyond. Ketchum still seems to be their unexpected favorite, though.
