Her marriages to Joe DiMaggio, Arthur Miller, and James Dougherty, and her alleged affair with President John F. Kennedy meant there was rarely a moment when she was out of the spotlight. Her death was ruled as a probable suicide because high levels of various drugs were found in her system and she'd locked herself in her bedroom to take them.
