Stevie Ray Vaughan, 35 Years Old

Stevie Ray Vaughan is commonly referred to as the greatest guitar player of all time. He worked with the Cobras and Double Trouble during his career for two decades. He won six Grammy Awards and ten Austin Music Awards before his death in a helicopter crash in 1990. He was inducted posthumously into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2000 and the Musicians Hall of Fame in 2014.
