Ironically considered one of the “worst'” and most “untrained” drummers in modern rock history, Meg is actually doing something nobody else is. Her lack of formal training has lent so much flavor to the White Strips’ jangly, DIY rock-blues sound. Her technique is childlike and simple, and a standout of the duo’s iconic sound.
