His Scholarship Paved the Way for Jessica Chastain
Williams never forgot the difficulties in achieving success. In order to give back to the school that helped him get on his feet, Williams set up a scholarship fund at his alma mater, Juilliard. One of the recipients of this scholarship was Oscar-nominated actress Jessica Chastain. “Robin Williams changed my life,” she said of the late actor. “His generous spirit will forever inspire me to support others as he supported me. He will forever be missed.”
