As long as we live in a society that's driven by the acquisition of wealth, not the development of humankind and intelligence as a whole, we will struggle with pseudoscience. This is a real, dangerous method of data analysis that takes funding away from people who are actually trying to draw conclusions and better humankind and history through data acquisition.
