The Nutella Café Is Now Open in NYC

If you’re a Nutella fan, the Nutella Café in New York City has to be on your bucket list. The café officially opened for business on November 14th and the menu is a chocolate-hazelnut lovers dream.

The menu features a combination of fan-favorites from the original outpost in Chicago along with other NYC menu exclusives.

From the Chicago menu comes the Pound Cake Panzanella made with yogurt, basil, mixed berries, Nutella, and toasted hazelnuts, along with a brioche sandwich with Nutella gelato in the middle.

Fresh from New York comes the frozen push-pop, a hazelnut blondie, grilled banana bread, and a chia see parfait.

For those of us who like to DIY, you can create your own dessert by choosing a base (crepe, waffle, French Toast, pancake, or country-style oats) with Nutella, a filling, and toppings of your choice.

On opening day, more than 100 people waited in line to get into the café. To check it out yourself, head to 116 University Place near Union Square. With a Nutella-jar shaped door, you really can’t miss it.
