Weird Factors
This condition can be caused by plenty of different factors. It’s hard to tell exactly which one cause this bizarre hereditary mystery. There could have simply just been a fault in the person that makes the hemoglobin. But, it could also have been caused by an enzyme deficiency or by eating too much pork liver! Pork liver contains high levels of vitamin K, where too much of it can cause methemoglobinemia.
