Tom Cruise bought this 298-acre ranch 12 minutes from Telluride in 92′. He only paid $1.9 million for the property and listed it in October of 2014 for $59 million! The property has beautiful woodlands, meadows, a helipad and “a storybook guest house”, but buyers are scarce in Telluride for big-ticket trophy properties.
