Failing Students
Marburger laments on the unfortunate aspect of failing her students. Despite phone calls, emails, written letters, and requests to speak in person, the parent does not act until it’s too late and the failing grade is in. Then, Marburger is met with anger, yelling, and disrespect of her teaching skills. The day that she wrote this, she claims that an incident with a parent left her, “unable to emotionally to continue for the day.”
