Thomas bought the land for slightly under $30k from the Lucille H. Woolverton Living Trust from Bonnie Woolverton. William Hudson, the man who owned the land next to it, fully believed that the land should be his. Despite that the family did not physically disturb Hudson, he was still extremely bothered and upset by the purchase.
