Father and Son
Bobby had his turn to address the court. He said that his son JJ/Julian was the most important person in his life. He took full responsibility for the actions he took 13 years ago and admitted that all he ever wanted was the best for his son. Bobby broke down crying and apologized to Julian and to Julian’s mother and family as well. Despite Julian’s pea and Bobby’s statement, Bobby Hernandez was sentenced to 4 years in prison for the abduction.
