On his snowy march to the thrift store, Art spotted Jhaqueil again on the side of the road. He pulled over to talk. “Buddy, you really do need to be on a bus,” Art said, recounting the amazing story to Fox 8 News. Art tried to tell him again just how far away his destination was, but then Jhaqueil told him the reason that he was walking on foot.
