Elizabeth Scroggs
32-year-old Elizabeth Scroggs was a high school teacher in Chattanooga, Northwest Georgia when she was charged with felony sexual assault for having a sexual relationship with an 18-year old. She was arrested after an anonymous tip was received by the local Sherriff’s department.
