Zachary Quinto played supervillain Sylar in Heroes. After the show ended, he went on to participate in Star Trek and American Horror Story where he really made his name known. When Heroes was to be reprised as a movie in 2015, Quinto denied his return.

During the filming of Star Trek (2009), Zachary Quinto could not manage to properly do the Vulcan salute. Eventually, J.J. Abrams had to glue his fingers together in order for Quinto to do it correctly.
Disney wanted Robert De Niro as Captain Jack Sparrow, but he declined the role because he thought the movie was going to bomb.
It took only 8 days to film "The Blair Witch Project".
