Aaron Rodgers Devotes Offseason to Mental Health

Aaron Rodgers' future has been the talk of the sports world lately. Most folks are speculating about his future employer, but Rodgers apparently isn't bothered by that aspect.

In fact, he's much more focused on himself rather than who his future team might be.

"I've focused on in the offseason about how to take care of myself -- the total package," Rodgers said. "Not just my physical self with workouts but my spiritual self with my own mindful practices, my mental health as well.

Rodgers made sure to emphasize that mental health is important and OK to talk about.

Rodgers was just recently selected as NFL's MVP for the third time in his career. The 37-year-old has chosen to keep quiet about his future career status, as it puts him in a healthier state of mind.

When Rodgers skipped the Packers mandatory minicamp last month, many fans were alarmed that he may not have been happy with the team. Time will tell.
