Retired MLB player Alex Rodriguez lived in the spotlight during the four years he and ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez were together. Since announcing their official split last month, A-Rod has been pretty quiet about his personal life on social media will J-Lo has been out and about with very notable ex, Ben Affleck. The day that the two were spotted together for the first time, A-Rod posted a pretty cryptic Instagram story about what his future has in store. Apparently, he's going through all the typical breakup motions and is onto the phase of self-betterment and cleansing his life of toxicity.
The post reads: “I am about to step into a new beginning in my life. Anything that doesn’t serve me is clearing out of my life. New energy is emerging. New levels are unlocking for me mentally, physically and spiritually. I am remaining patient and know that this new phase of my life is coming.” He didn't say specifically what he's referring to, what all of this change is centered around, but fans are now on the edge of their seat to see what comes up next on his social media. He's been pretty open about his grieving process, posting a video of a "goodbye" of sorts to J-Lo around the day they announced their split.
Jen, however? Is doing just fine. She's been seen out multiple times with Ben Affleck, which means we can only assume that Bennifer 2.0 has arrived back into our hears and tabloids. They vacationed in Montana and Miami together and have been seen around California as well. They both like happy and excited in all of the paparazzi photos circulating the Internet. If she's happy and moving on, A-Rod should be too. Who are we kidding, a Bennifer resurgence is wayyy more exciting than her relationship with A-Rod ever was.
