Gerber captioned her Instagram post behind this image "Elf," which presumably has some hidden meaning between her and her brother. The angel, heart, and script arent the only bits of ink that this 18-year-old has. She also has some flowers tattooed on her wrist and some dots and shapes elsewhere. Her tattoo artist has yet to be revealed.
