A Very Rare Pregnancy
Lauren and Michael always wanted to have a big family, so Lauren couldn’t believe her luck that they were going to be welcoming three new members to the family – all at once! Twins, let alone triplets didn’t even run in their family. In the vast majority of cases when a mother is pregnant with triplets, this is as a result of fertility treatments, but Lauren hadn’t had any! They felt they were blessed by God, there was no other explanation for it. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, only 0.1% of babies are born as a triplet. It’s incredibly rare.
