They Needed to Get Their Message Out
The couple new that the grief they felt was not something they would wish on their worst enemies. Nicole and Shaun wanted to get this message out. They wanted other parents to learn from their experience. They became advocates for newborn safety, to try and keep other babies safe from illnesses such as the one that Mariana succumbed to. This was something that they never in their wildest dreams would have thought to happen, and so many other parents are in their same shoes. It was time to bring awareness!
