This creative kiddo had the bright idea to swap out bowling pins for pencil erasers and a bowling ball for a marble. Set up everything like a regular bowling lane and get to playing! With the water running at about half throttle, drop in orange or lemon peels. Run the disposer for five seconds. Citric acid from the peels softens crusty waste and attacks smelly bacteria. Give the acid about 15 minutes to do its work.
Here's a great way to keep track of your daily water intake. Draw lines on your water bottle with a marker pen, and then write the time beside the marked level.
If you accidentally got permanent marker on a piece of furniture, don't lose hope just yet. Using a small dab of non-gel toothpaste, rub the marker stain in a circular motion with a soft cloth and it should buff right out.
If the wine's room temperature, you can ease that cork out by heating the neck of the bottle with a hair dryer. Just make sure you're not doing this with sparkling wine or wine that's been refrigerated or you could break the bottle or cause the cork to forcefully eject.
