No One Knows How or Why These Ancient Items and Landmarks Exist!

Gobekli Tepe

This large settlement was found in 1994 in Gobelki Tepe, Turkey. There are multiple rings of huge stones that are carved with intricate scenes of animals. These carvings date to the 10th millennium B.C. It is now considered one of the worlds oldest places of worhsip. The people who lived here were most likely hunters, and did not follow the rules of agriculture. Until this discovery, most people thought that humans settled into permanent towns, farmed and then built temples. Now, they think people built these first and then settled in. It’s crazy how this changed the hypothesis!
