Declared Dead
In 2011, Dave Holloway sought to have his daughter declared legally dead. His ex-wife opposed the petition, which was filed with the Alabama courts, at first. However, a court would later be convened to discuss the matter, with the judge ruling in Dave’s favor.
On January 12, 2012, Natalee Holloway, years after she had gone missing, was finally declared dead following a second hearing.
