A few months later, some government records about Powell arose. Turns out, he moved to Boulder, Colorado and was working in fast-food restaurants with a friend he made in Indiana. This friend’s name was Chico Goetz. They were together for nearly 10 years in Boulder, until one day Powell disappeared without saying a word.
