However, he wasn't musically inclined, so he just wore the classic Elvis doo, and he focused on other things like lion taming and dancing in the circus. He eventually transitioned out of the circus and into Hollywood when he was offered the lead role in the 1978 film Deer Hunter. From there, he became one of the most recognizable and celebrated actors in history.
