At this time of year, delivery workers and drivers are busier than Mr. Claus. As online shopping totally takes over, tons of packages are being delivered every day and this means lots of work for those in the business of mail.
This has led to a random act of kindness by many package recipients. People are putting out snack and drinks for their delivery men and women to let them know they are appreciated this holiday season.
A special shout out to all the delivery drivers out there this time of year, especially our delivery drivers here in Kirkland! Cheers to you!
Please enjoy a little snack on us to get you through these long days!#thankyou #deliverydrivers #notricksjust⦠https://t.co/hE0T0QCbba pic.twitter.com/cG9oOEu7iS— WestcottHomes (@WestcottHomes) December 11, 2018
Nothing fancy is needed for these hardworking individuals. A basket with some water or juice, snacks and candy seem to do the trick.
Example # 1,293 of why my mom is the nicest women in the entire world: She leaves snacks out for the delivery drivers that deliver to our house during the holidays. pic.twitter.com/Ob1HXdxUXC
