Cardi B and Offset are certainly well off, but for Offset's birthday this year, Cardi surprised her husband with a stack of cold, hard cash. Like, really cold. The Migos star celebrated his 28th birthday with Cardi, who presented him with half a million dollars as a gift. "So, you know everyone's saying you got every car, you got every jewelry," said Cardi on Instagram, "You got everything. You got every shoe. What else can I give someone that got everything?" Well, she figured it out.
In the Instagram video, Cardi tells Offset to look in the fridge behind him, where he finds the $500,000 cold cash. Offset smiles and laughs while assuring Cardi that she didn't have to get him all this cash. "I know I don't have to give you the money," replies Cardi, "But I don't know what to give you, so I suppose I gotta give you something." She noted that he could use the cash to buy whatever he really wanted.
The couple has been together since 2017, and they got married that same year in a private ceremony. They were spotted together at the SuperBowl that same year, and their relationship has been on and off again ever since. When asked about her status, Cardi has stated: "I don't ask ya why you still with that man that lives with his mom, that don't pay your bills… Since when you guys had a perfect relationship?"
