Just because you're in the movie doesn't mean you can't go see it in theaters!
Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire wanted to have a normal boy's night out... to go watch themselves in a record-breaking film, of course. Garfield told Entertainment TOnight that he and Macguire snuck into a movie theater on opening night without anyone realizing that they were there.
"I snuck into a theater on opening night and just watched with my baseball cap on and my ask," he said. "In fact, I was also with Tobey - me and Tobey snuck into a theater together and no one knew we were there. It was just a really beautiful thing to share together."
Garfield and Maguire played Spider-Man in the early and mid-2000s. They joined forces with the current Spider-Man, Tom Holland, in the newest film No Way Home. This film is centered around the multi-verse theory and ties up loose ends for the previous Spider-Man storylines.
It's funny to think that two huge superstar actors were able to sneak into a movie undetected, but it also made sense since they went totally incognito. If mask-wearing wasn't the norm, movie-goers would have known that something was up!
